Builds low-cost worship centers in conjunction with our church planting partners.
The HIS House program is an important aspect of the ministry of HIS1040. It has been our privilege to help local believers build the very fist church buildings in previously unreached villages and towns. Many of God's people who have found a vital relationship with God through Jesus in countries where Christians are a minority, are gathering in the open air, under the trees, in tents and in home settings. For those gathered outdoors, they need covering from the sun and rain and protection from those who persecute them because of their faith. It has been our joy to find the faithful who persevere against all odds and stand alongside them to bring help and encouragement in the form of a permanent structure dedicated to worship. We are often approached by our church planting partners about the need to build church buildings. They don't seek anything fancy; they just need a place where they can congregate without distractions so that they can grow in their worship of God, in Spirit and in truth. When you help build a Church, you build a community witness. Believers hunger for a common place of worship in their communities so that more people can seek out the spiritual truths that have transformed their own lives.
